NOTE: Be on Time! Be sure to be on time for your chosen appointment. Refrain from eating at least 2 hours before and avoid drinking within the last 30 minutes before your session. For yoga we practice barefoot. Please remove your socks and shoes prior to starting of practice. Please turn your mobile phone to silent as to maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere. Wear comfortable but not too loose clothes and clothes that you don't mind that may get dirty. Bring a small towel in case you need it. If you have health concerns, consult your doctor or therapist before starting your yoga journey. Kindly share any health-related considerations with us for a supportive practice.
