For those well-versed in yoga, we will assist you in refining your practice, pushing boundaries, and delving into uncharted territory. As beginners, you'll receive patient guidance through foundational poses, with a strong emphasis on alignment and gradual progression. But our sessions offer more than just physical exercise. They delve into the realms of mindfulness and inner peace, prioritizing your mental and emotional well-being. Through personalized instruction, we will help you go deeper into your practice, addressing any queries you may have, and nurturing your overall sense of wellness. Whether you're seeking physical mastery or a tranquil mind, our private yoga sessions are tailored to your individual aspirations, providing a space where your needs are met and your journey is nurtured. NOTE: Be on Time! Be sure to be on time for your chosen appointment. Refrain from eating at least 2 hours before and avoid drinking within the last 30 minutes before your session. For yoga we practice barefoot. Please remove your socks and shoes prior to starting of practice. Please turn your mobile phone to silent as to maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere. Wear comfortable but not too loose clothes and bring a small towel in case you need it. If you have health concerns, consult your doctor or therapist before starting your yoga journey. Kindly share any health-related considerations with us for a supportive practice.
