Please remove your socks and shoes prior to starting of practice. Please turn your mobile phone to silent as to maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere. Wear comfortable but not too loose clothes and bring a small towel in case you need it. If you have health concerns, consult your doctor or therapist before starting your yoga journey.
